 Looking after the Inward as well as issuing the material to the Machine section, Foundry and Assembly section.  Checking the inward material with the PO.  According to the planning the material issue to the following department.  By the transaction MIGO, the material is transfer from one location to another. After taking material in to our system and after quality check the material is transfer to its proper location by the help of MIGO with its respective movement type. If there is chemical material, then that material should be kept with major precaution. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) has been properly maintained for the material which is Hazardous. Maintaining the MIS report according to the material issue.  Reconciliation of the material has been done on the monthly basis. Giving proper guidance to the Operator and the contractual labour that do your work with full safety.  During this covid-19 period major precaution are taken i.e. proper sanitization of the material, mask, gloves and face shield wear by the employee whosoever is doing its different task.
