Preparation of monthly microbiology reports, brewery hygiene report etc. Ensuring the sterility and stock maintenance of all the microbiology media. Performing Heineken Microbiology Ring Analysis-HMRA-identification & quantification of unknown organism. Conducting training programmes on Personnel Hygiene and Process microbiology based on the training calendar.
