As a Horticulture Honours graduate with six years of diverse experience in the agricultural sector, I have honed my expertise in both R&D and organic certification.For the first three years of my career, I focused on research and development in agriculture, specializing in the production and supply chain management of exotic and indigenous horticulture crops. This role allowed me to delve into innovative agricultural practices, enhancing crop quality and optimizing supply chains.The subsequent three years were dedicated to organic certification inspection and review. I have conducted over 100 project inspections across 20+ Indian states, and Nepal, ensuring compliance with various organic standards including NPOP, NOP, JAS, USCOEA, and EU regulations. My experience in this area has equipped me with a deep understanding of organic certification processes and the intricacies of different international standards.I am passionate about sustainable agriculture and committed to promoting organic farming practices. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the advancement of organic and sustainable agriculture, ensuring high standards and integrity in the certification process.
