The Crompton Sponsored CSR Residential project was managed by ASMACS Skill Development Ltd., a Mumbai-based PIA, prior to that. PMKVY, PSDM, NIELIT, NULM, ADB, and HPKVN projects that have been completed. More than 4000 youth were given a sustainable means of subsistence through skill development and vocational training programs.Project - Carrying out the ADB-funded project in collaboration with the Department of Government of Himachal Pradesh's Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam (HPKVN) in order to improve youth employment in the state by providing skill training in a variety of trades and placement assistance. Until we train 2100 people in the life sciences field for production/machine operator roles and place over 1450 applicants in various companies.Roles & Responsibilities:• Responding to grievances from the team as well as queries from the cluster team Managing a state team with about 30 members• Responsible for monthly project reports, Project reviews. Oversee the project's P&L. • Manage Program activities in 2 Districts for PMKVY 4.0• Create Placement linkages, Organize Kaushal Mela, Placement Drive.• In charge of organizing all team and field operations linked to the project in order to meet deadlines set by management and complete the project within the allotted period. • Create a plan of action to ensure that all activities are carried out correctly, and supervise and lead a group of staff members, including mobilizers, MIS executives, counselors, and trainers, to ensure the project is implemented successfully. • Progress report for students and trainers, analysis of student comments, and evaluation of trainers • Support the team in finding the best applicant and using all available space in the centers to provide high-quality training. • Closely coordinate with the District level team, SRLM, and other local and governmental
