I have 3+ years of Experience in high voltage and low voltage Lithium ion battery design & development for two, three and four wheeler Electric vehicle, industrial application vehicle like- forklift, BOPT, Swaping Machine etc.2. I have experience in structural simulation like von- misses stress and strain, drop tes of battery pack as per AIS 156 standard, Model analysis of battery pack using ansys workbench.3 I have done thermal simulation of lithium ion battery like steady state thermal analysis, cold flow tharmal analysis using ansys fluent.4. I have good understanding of various calculations like tolerance stackup calculation, heat generation model preparation for cfd, creepage and clearance distance calculation as per IEC 60664, voltage drop calculation from bus bar etc.5.I have also benchmarking experience of power train components like electric motor and controller, battery pack of electric vehicle to optimise our project.6. I have good understanding of drive cycle calculation as per WLTP cycle.7.
