• Product data management (PDM) using Team centre Engineering (TCE)

• Creating the 3D Modeling & 2D Drawings using Unigraphics and CATIA V5 and applying GD&T as per ASME Y14.5M-1994 Standards.
• Drafting validation using Drafting Validation Tool as per standards.
• Giving Visteon Standards training to the team members.
• Quality Checking in All drawings as per the Visteon Standards with the responsibility for realizing the drawings worldwide (WERS).
• Power Train, Climate Control and Interiors related 3D and 2D drawings creation.

• Studying the Input from client Engineering Work Request (EWR)/Supplier Problem Sheet (SPS) and editing whether it requires Engineering Specification Waiver (ESW)
• Check whether it is for manufacturing improvement/Document correction............
• Arriving at valid reason to revise the part and documenting the same in ECO body
• Structuring update in case of obsolescence/Inactivate the part.
• Responsible for the Engineering Change Order (ECO) till the all the approvers approve the ECO.
• Checking the drawings for manufacturability, Standards (ASME Y14.5M-1994, GEOMETRIC DIMENSIONING AND TOLERANCING, Welding, Notes etc)

• Team coordination and design the new systems / conversions according to the design requirement using CAD tools
• Preparation and presentation of reports, Interface with the customer
• Creation of standard part library & standardization of components and customization according to the requirements
• Interaction with vendors for deloping themHydraulic Press:Mechanical Design and development of Hydraulic Press (4 - Pillars type) of 20 Tones for press tool application, including different hydraulic Cylinders and.
