Daimler India, will initially produce LD,MD, HD trucks for Indian market with New brand Name “BHARAT BENZ”.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:-•Setting up the weld shop for HDT & LDT cabin(Green field project).•Coordinate with ME for Project related activities, NPM for procurement for material procurement & Logistics for material supply & FM & QM for shop related activities.•Verification & trails of fixtures at line builder works & sort out issues.•Developed & implemented the comprehensive training manual for supervisors, DET & BCA. •Installation of Training Island in weld shop & Execution of training program. •Preparation of SWI (standard work instruction) & JES for welding stations.•Detailing of weld shop for better understanding of subordinate & New joinees. •Manpower selection & recruitment for weld shop (Supervisor & BCA)•Conceptualized the Trail production plan for T1 , T2 & T3 before SOP.•As its green field project, consolidated consumable list made.•Consolidate the Budget requirement from SOP.•Line Buy off with ME, Quality and Maintenance Team.
