(Joined the organization as Graduate Engineer Trainees)Key Tasks HandledWorking in Project Control team of 4X300 MW Thermal Power Plant Project.Preparing & Updating of L2/ L3 schedule of packages using, Primavera, MS Excel & monitoring the same by S- Curve and histograms.Coordinating with the Engineering, Contract Commercial, and Vendors. Preparing schedules for client/ sub-contractors including all Engineering, construction as well as Procurement Programmes.Preparing and submitting weekly and Monthly Site Progress Reports in order to monitor the actual Progress status with Resource Histograms and S-curve.Participating in daily project operations, Weekly / Monthly Progress meetings.Coordinating with the client, internal department of company like Central Planning Team, Procurement, Construction. PROJECTS HANDLEDAs a project control engineer in 2X300MW Rosa Stage-I of 4X300MW Thermal Power Plant, was involved in planning, scheduling, vendor handling, issue resolution pertaining to Engineering & Procurement , identifying critical bottlenecks & timely resolution to them and thus bringing the project to stage of commissioning.As Project Monitoring engineer in 10X270 MW Amravati Thermal Power Project Stage I & II, implementation of the project by awarding packages on time, thus to prepare ground for timely Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing & Site Execution. Monitoring of the same and identifying the project bottlenecks.
