With a career spanning over 40 years in textiles and hospitality, I have always believed in the power of compassion, empathy, and strong family values. My life's journey took a transformative turn after the heartbreaking loss of my beloved wife, Preeti, in 2016. In her memory, I founded Group Preet Aikya, a charitable organization dedicated to meaningful social work, including free food distribution, tree plantation, and the education of girls.My true calling emerged as I took on the responsibility of caring for my mother and my late wife’s mother. Recognizing the pressing need for quality eldercare, I established a 16-room eldercare facility in 2020. This facility has since flourished into a thriving community, embodying the values I hold dear.At Elder First, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to the elderly. Our dedicated team and I view our extended family of elders as a testament to the importance of human connections.
