I have 13+ Years of experience working in ITES industry, currently working as Regional Manager North. Here I have started business development in north region, adding new Logo’s and expanding footprint, working across verticals and strengthening partnerships.I am passionate about Business Service Management, ITIL Process, ISO 20000 and Tools associated with alignment of IT processes with Business needs. My passion for ITIL started way back in 2005, while working on a large outsourcing deal for a Customer in Energy sector. To write a win-win SLA, my inquisitiveness, lead me towards ITIL. This was the start of ITIL Journey for me, making me do Managers certification and changing profile to consulting and professional ITIL Trainer. Theoretical knowledge was put into practice when I moved into a role of process consulting and Implementation of IT Service Management Tools. This gave me opportunity to work with varied customers across the globe.
