The data technologies covered under the project were MPLS layer 3; MPLS layer 2, ISP, VSAT, ATM/FR, MEN, WiMAX, IPLC, Switch, and Managed Services. The project also included the integration of the OM & INV system with CRM, Kenan Fx Billing system, and Self-care for end-to-end order to cash workflow.• First-ever implementation of the M6.0 (now Oracle MSS) for transport SDH & Enterprise network, comprising about 8500 nodes and 3 lacs E1 circuits. This was a highly complex network that included almost all network element providers.• Integrated inventory view, embedding networks for easy navigation, and improved end-to-end view.• Network reconciliation for the SDH backbone.• Developed a vendor and platform-neutral circuit trail tracer utility to extract the end-to-end trail of circuits.
