As the Director of Platform Quality Engineering at Duo Security, we work on developing platforms that span the entire development life cycle. We build quality frameworks that help bake quality into the product as its being built. We develop and maintain our CI infrastructure, to ensure development happens at high speed and with max efficiency. We build performance testing frameworks and dashboards to make it easy to measure the performance of our services and identify bottlenecks. We release new software every 2 weeks. One of the SRE teams that I manage helps deploy the new releases to production, monitors it and automates the deployment. The other SRE team focusses on managing the current platform that our services are operated on and on building the platform of tomorrow!
