• Responsible for collecting requirements, design and feasibility testing followed by generation of high-level scorecards and dashboards at various management levels.
• Monitor utilization/usage of reports and suggest recommendations.
• Identify Scorecard automation opportunities & discuss with stakeholders.
• Develop scorecards/dashboards for various KPIs from the country all the way to the WW level, across both the Consumer and Commercial biz. Segments.
• Use various platforms and “automation” for generation of these high-level scorecards (viewed at the Director and VP levels) – Access, SQL, Qlikview.
• Focus on automation (using SSIS, SSAS and SSRS) to merge data across various databases to provide a simplified view to the various scorecard viewers.

• Responsible for operational reporting and trending (daily, weekly & monthly) for the consumer support enterprise across all regions (NA, EMEA, LA, APJ) so as to assist the various stakeholders in managing their.
• Expected to study the trends on different operational and customer metrics to pin point gaps in operations and present root causes for the same.
• Ensure that all stakeholders get their reports on time and get actionable analysis on case, call and survey level metrics. Implementing CRs for reporting
