It provisions various futures like Authentication, Authorization, Password Management, Voice Biometrics, and Security tokens and Single Sign On etc.,The login journey of each customer will be defined based on the customer’s line of business. Basically, LMS is a combination of multiple micro services developed using spring boot frame work and infrastructure as PCF cloud (migrated to GCP) with Mongo DB as backend.Responsibilities & Contributions:1. Planning and execution of deployments using Harness and Bamboo CICD pipelines daily.2. Proactive monitoring of the platform and making sure we avoid any business impact.3. Acknowledge issues and work on it as per the severity and criticality of the issue4. Triaging issues, providing preventive action and work on identifying root cause of issues.5. Planning and hosting multiple parallel Enterprise release calls.6. Working with multiple teams and partners in making sure the shared infrastructure is not impacted.7. Implement SRE principles like setting up SLI/SLOs/SLA, Error Budgets, partner with Product management and Engineering team on improving reliability/scalability of the application.8. Understanding and experience with modern web application environments (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, routing, load balancing, CDNs, etc)9. Worked on high severity techline issues to identify root cause and involve required stakeholders to resolve it10. Good working experience of ITIL service operations (Incident/Change/Problem Management (Jira/BMC Remedy) Show less
