In my current role at UNFPA India, I supported the development and implementation of an online MIS, based on result-based management principles. I am also involved in coordinating with implementing partners, state offices, and other UN organizations. I manage the reporting of various project outcomes, progress, budget, and activities, including compiling and reporting on SDG outcomes. Additionally, I oversee various research activities such as assessments and evaluations conducted across different Indian states on awareness and access to information on family planning among adolescents and youths.

I managed the entire M&E process for various donor-funded healthcare projects at Jhpiego, India. I supported the development of a client-based tracking system for Family planning acceptors and implemented it in two Indian states. I also worked on developing and implementing a clinical decision support system for improving quality of intrapartum and postpartum care which is successfully scaled up and handed over to the governments of both the states.

As an Monitoring & Evaluation officer i supported establishment of monitoring and evaluation systems across various FP projects, which includes development of client wise data entry system and successfully implemented it across two states (Chhattisgarh and Odisha) of India. Supported development and successful implementation of digitization of labor room by piloting ASMAN project in two states (Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh), which is now being scaled up in other states. Participated in development of Quality family planning dashboard using composite scoring of facilities, which is being used by various state governments. Participated as a Co-investigator and coordinating four ongoing studies related to interventions in Family planning projects of Jhpiego India.

In this role i provided support in rolling out of facility based HMIS in six states by training of master trainers on the HMIS application, updating of the registers and reporting formats, planning for hardware and HR support by assisting in getting budgets in PIP. I was part of team that developed of RMNCHA+ scorecards, star rating of facilities and fact sheets for various states, which are available in the HMIS portal. My work included liaison with multiple departments within ministry and other agencies for addition of new indicators in HMIS formats

I was responsible for supporting five states in implementing DHIS2 till facility level. I was also a part of a team which piloted Hospital information system (HIS) in the district hospital of Dehradun and Shimla.During my tenure there i have conducted HMIS assessment of various districts of five states

As a fellow i supported implementation of DHIS 2 in all 95 blocks of Uttarakhand and trained all block and district program managers in DHIS 2 application.
