• Lead implementation of research as well as M&E activities at the state level, under the guidance and supervision of State Technical Team Lead RMNCH+A project funded by USAID (Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health) and coordinate with other team members of the SRU and the National team as appropriate.• Support State Technical Team Lead & other SRU members in provision of need based support to Government counterparts and Partner agencies regarding any kind of primary or secondary data.• Develop systems (both tools & database) and maintain for capturing project data.• Assist State Technical Team Lead in developing state level plans for improving quality of reported data and to enhance data use for program planning and monitoring.• Support SRU in evidence based decisions, such as identification of priorities, needs and indicators; set up and use of M&E systems to collect data.

• Developed and maintain effective information (HMIS, DHIS-2, MCTS, MIDRS, ATM, and HBPNC) database on projects, providing resource and necessary support for program inputs and outputs. • Monitoring data quality from multiple resources (HMIS, DHIS-2, MCTS, MIDRS, ATM, and HBPNC) as well as via Field Visits.• Collection and compilation of Rural Health Statistics (RHS), Management Information System (MIS) & Result Framework Document (RFD) for State to be send to GOI.• Haryana State placed as a Master trainer for DHIS-2 (State HMIS) and HMIS Formats in District level Data Workshops from time to time as required.
