Promoted to provide financial and thought leadership as CFO for the newly created Pet Specialty business unit with responsibility for leading FP&A and Commercialization organizations.

Appointed GM for the newly acquired Natural Balance Pet Food Inc. Held full P&L responsibility. Implemented infrastructure and work culture that successfully achieved every integration milestone, including sales growth, synergy capture, personnel integration and margin improvement. Merged operations while leveraging procurement, budgeting, planning and forecasting processes.

Following acquisition of Del Monte by KKR, promoted to lead brand and innovation finance function for the entire Pet Business Unit with full P&L responsibility. Hand selected by the CEO to be part of large-scale transformational initiatives including Integrated Business Planning and Diversity & Inclusion.

Recruited to build Pet Snacks finance team from the ground up following Del Monte’s purchase of Pet Products from Heinz. Implemented “best in class” programs in FP&A and P&L management and evolved finance team into a strategic thought partner with involvement in all major decisions.

Led design efforts for the next gen superconducting magnets. Successfully fabricated and tested the first Nb-Sn magnet with highest energy at Fermilab.

Member of US team working on the design, development and fabrication of superconducting magnets for LHC, a multibillion-dollar project based at CERN, Switzerland, with international collaboration among 25 nations.
