Primarily Responsible for driving product innovation through existing domain expertise, research and analysis. Some Key Responsibilities at Octane include - • Manage product development for new features and services designed to provide value to the customers. • Manage and understand client’s requirement for building new product feature.• Manage product development activity throughout the development lifecycle, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning.• Perform research and develop appropriate plans, analyse plans to gather all requirements and provide effective solution.• Gather requirements for projects from various internal teams and translate them into business and functional requirements documents, including visual mock-ups, based on industry knowledge, market research, and customer feedback.• Interact closely with product, technology development, design, quality assurance, compliance, and business team.• Provide training to internally and ensure optimal product knowledge to effective market it against competition.• Provide training and conduct demo session with the client.• Validate and test new product feature if they meet requirement or not. • Provide subject matter expertise on Email Deliverability issues for various projects.

Improving inbox deliveryISP relations and resolving block issues.Responsible for handling daily requests from South and West region.Development of Campaign centric / Product centric Micro SitesCo-ordinate with clients and giving them technical support and assistance on Email-Deliverability, HTML design and Octane’s application.Creating relationships with ISP by setting FBL’s and applying for whitelisting, management of reputation, blacklists.Conduct periodic assessments of client deliverability, including delivery baselines and scorecards.
