Whether it's empowering women in the energy sector or driving innovation in sustainable mobility, I leverage my cross-cultural insights to deliver impactful results.As a former Chief Investment Officer at Shell Foundation, I was accountable for developing and implementing investment strategies to create meaningful and scalable social impact. My role entails managing multimillion-dollar budgets, guiding investment decisions, and refining monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of our initiatives. Beyond my corporate endeavours, I co-founded the BloodConnect Foundation in 2010 to make India Blood sufficient by promoting safe and voluntary blood donation. Through strategic leadership and unwavering dedication, we've organized thousands of blood donation camps and awareness events, saving countless lives. During the most challenging COVID situation for healthcare, particularly for voluntary blood donation, we designed new processes for safe blood donation and successfully organized 600+ blood donation camps since March 2020.
