•Follow the day-to-day operation to monitor, audit and report compliance against published technical data, policy, procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and airworthiness.•Performing compliance inspection on maintenance and servicing activities to ensure they are carried out in accordance with approved technical data and local instructions.•Identifying and reporting areas of non compliance, supported by subjective evidence to issue corrective action for non compliance of GAL policies & procedures, OEM technical manuals or SOPs.•Assisting Audit team in performing the the system and process review Audits to assess business processes and operation to ensure the conformity to GAL policies/procedure, quality standards and all relevant customer, statutory and regulatory requirement. Reporting all Audit finding to Audit Manager accordingly.•Assist with internal audit program by providing support with compliance related issues such as providing data or any further documents/evidences to auditors as requested and participating in implementing corrective actions to address nonconformities.•Monitor and conduct random checks/sampling on the performance of Operations Technicians to ensure they are fully qualified to carry out their responsibilities.•Investigate quality complaints and violations, recommend corrective Actions and ensure all related follow up activities are completed.•Carry out compliance sampling utilization evaluations and inspection to ensure - Technical competency of the staff - Currency of technical data - Serviceability of components - Equipment's and/or parts meet manufacturer and industry standard•Document inspection results by completing reports and inputting data into appropriate databases. •Ensure aircraft documents are completed in full and records maintained to ensure full traceability.

Plan for the implementation taking into consideration the resources available, aircraft layover downtime and commercial operation requirements. • Coordination with Line Maintenance, Materials, Defect Control, Ground support etc. for related issues.• Assign necessary Work Orders, for all work to be performed in Line maintenance including minor modifications in AMOS system.• Make a Daily Work Package Overview for Line, giving information such as work order number, planned maintenance checks, due dates, and highlighting the priority of each task for the senior management & progress meeting.• Ensure materials, reference publications and tooling/equipment that are required for performing the routine check and task are preloaded/available.• Scrutinizing for completion of check/work scheduled on next first working day and reschedule as necessary.• Track and assign all open work orders in the system arising out of repeat inspection/base deferment (for e.g., NTO/ Engineering Quality requirements/ Technical services requirements). Schedule the closure of all such w/o as soon as spares are available. • Liaise with respective Maintenance Planners and Assistant Maintenance Planners –Line (Aircraft Scheduling /Modification/Components) for implementation of the Line Checks and other variable routine work.• Closing or report back of issued work orders and task card in AMOS system after compliance.
