• Engagement in new projects for implementation of VDI solutions (Citrix / Horizon / AVD).• Engagement with multiple customers to enhance the current VDI environment to deliver the best user experience.• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory including user id creation, deletion & moving of users / computer objects, Group policies, permissions on file share.• AVD / VMWare Horizon & Citrix VDI environment maintenance & support.• Image management / patching experience using sysprep (manual), Citrix AppLayering & VMWare AppVolume.• AVD Host pool (Pooled/Personal) along with configuration management as per the customer’s requirement.• VDI provisioning using manual method to perform BAU tools UAT.• Provisioning & support of profiling solution which includes FSLogix & UPM.• Escalation handing / resolve issues escalated by the L2 support team.• Documentation of the Infra changes in existing runbook or create SOP for the L2 team for better operational support.• Responsible to manage the VDI team as track lead among the multiple customers.• Shift assignation of team / weekend roaster for 24x7 team’s availability.• Weekly operational meeting with customer or leadership to share/discuss the ongoing project challenges.• Install & manage Citrix Netscaler (VPX) for testing & internal team purpose.• Upgrade Netscaler VPX to mitigate the vulnerabilities highlighted by SOC team.• Create & manage Load Balancers to handle the backend servers utilization.• Renew certificates for the internal & external gateways.• Manage the External gateway to the Citrix Infrastructure.• Planning for new technology or current upgrade (if any) with customer agreement.• Coordination with Project team to deliver the project deliverables in agreed time.• Vulnerability management for the Citrix / VDI Infrastructure. End to end reporting & planning of the remediation.• Experience on ITIL process like change, incident, and problem management.
