Currently, I'm a part of the Colliers Capital Markets & Investments Services Team, where I focus on Real Estate Funding for Stressed and Non-Distressed Assets, Debt Restructuring, and Land/Asset Monetization. Previously, I spent 2.5 years at JLL, specializing in Strategic Consulting & Valuation. During this time, I conducted extensive Real Estate Portfolio Valuations, Feasibility Studies, and TEV Studies across diverse asset classes. My insights and analyses spanned markets including MMR, Pune, Gujarat, and Goa, serving clients across industries such as Life Sciences, R&D, Data Center, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Industrial. During my time at JLL, I delved deep into Real Estate Consulting and Valuation, where I leveraged my expertise in financial analysis and market research to deliver high-quality services to clients across diverse sectors.I hold a post-graduation in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management from NICMAR Pune, complementing my Civil Engineering degree from Mumbai University.
