The company plans to increase its bed capacity from 2100 beds to 3500 beds by end of 2025 As a Corporate Financial controller was responsible for : • Forecasting long term operational budgets.• Producing timely and accurate financial information to members ( board committee etc.) and financial institutions.• Advising on business growth and financial strategies including M&A, IPO, Fund raising operational efficiencies and other areas relating to financial strategy. • Acting as business partner to CEO providing financial insight and advise on long term investments.• Driving processes and operations of financial reporting , forecasting , analysis , planning and Budgeting • Consolidation activities of four subsidiary companies and providing guidance on financial matters to the finance head of the subsidiaries
