Over a decade with the organization, successfully led and managed a variety of functions such as Product Development, Business Development, IT Application and Infrastructure management.Built one of the largest parallel development orgs using principles of agile and devops for an enterprise transformation project. Led the strategy and governance portfolios for the Agile COE. Used data analytics to bring a new product (Therapeutic Resource Centers) to market, improving patient health while bending the healthcare cost curve for our clients. This added an additional revenue stream of $10M for the firm within the first year of launch.
