As a district development manager at NABARD, I am associated with planning, implementation, monitoring and impact evaluation of various projects in the areas of climate resilient technologies, skill building, technology adoption, etc., in order to enable an affordable credit ecosystem in the grassroots level.Hence, I used to work with diverse stakeholders such as governments, civil society organizations, startups, unorganised workers and most importantly prestigious farmers. I have a certification in banking from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. I have sound knowledge in scientific writing, presentations, and project management. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to enhance the livelihoods and well-being of the rural communities.
