Currently working as a executive in qc and maintenance, repair at ip softcom pvt ltd.I have two years of experience in production field in apollo tyres as production planning engineer. I worked as a shift engineer on contact basis at apollo tyres. In my period of experience .I was fortunate to be a part of many achievements of my company like, historic production tonnage first time in the history of my company .In my period of experience I learned how to management workers and other departments to achieve the required production.Also obtain the experience in the stock department. After that i worked with royal tyres pvt ltd as executive in store.Thorough my period at royal tyres i familiar with the chemicals and obtained the knowledge in composition,mixing and stock preparation and stock arrangements.Currently i am working as a executive in quality control,repair and maintenance at IP SOFTCOM india pvt ltd.At IP SOFTCOM i am conducting all inspection methods required for our products.Conducting inspection on different stages of production and also inspection after the repair and maintenance activity.Doing the analysis activity for the sample to avoid the errors occured in the previous design.Validate the design based on different parameters and suggest the corrections required.Validate and analyse the newly developed sample to avoid/reduce the errors in final fabrication.Works under ISO 9001-2008.Using various tools such as CAPA,5 WHY for problem solving.Following iso standard documentation for all the documentation.Obtained knowledge in solidworks.
