VF Corporation is one of the world’s largest apparel, footwear and accessories companies connecting people to the lifestyles, activities and experiences they cherish most through a family of iconic outdoor, active and workwear brands.As VP of Digital & Consumer Engineering, I'm responsible for delivery/execution of VF's Digital/Consumer products.

- Manage large scale, global eCommerce budget and responsible for 175 global websites serving 15 brands.- Saved over $10M in digital engineering external labor costs by implementing operational efficiencies and covid labor rate savings.- Insourced and re-wrote the Vans Family Mobile App (iOS/Android) and deployed it globally in 15+ countries- Setup Global DevOps and QA organizations as two shared capabilities for VF Digital.- Delivered Omni-channel (SFS, BOPIS, BORIS) capabilities for all major brands globally in 6 months which brought in $63M incremental revenue during Covid.- Delivered Marketplaces integration (Amazon, Instagram, Zalando, ebay etc.) for Vans/North face/Timberland brands.- Delivered Aptos One Mobile POS solution pilot in Orefici multi-brand store in Milan and North face stores pilot in NORA.- Delivered Consumer 360 platform (CDP/CRM) for major brands integrating MarTech stack for consumer marketing/retention.

During this time, I formed the mobile and cloud engineering teams (in addition to architecture teams) and expanded my responsibilities significantly. Also delivered the Big data/analytics platform to EMEA and APAC bringing the first VF system to scale globally with a data lake holding 14TB of data. I also developed a voice AI app where customers can use natural voice to order a Vans customs shoe. This was deployed to our Vans NY general store as pilot to learn consumer behavior. In addition to this, I delivered the first Blueconic CDP implementation for Timberland

I led a team of high performing team to design/deliver the award winning Vans Loyalty program. Also during this time, I was able to transform the Data/Analytics roadmap into reality and kicking off the cloud journey on AWS for VF. I created the cloud blueprint for VF (Account management, Billing, Tagging, Hybrid network strategy, user management, SSO integration, IAM policies, budget management etc.). My team delivered several projects on cloud and also we expanded AWS cloud to EMEA and APAC for a solid foundation for future.

I joined VF as part of the DTC Architecture team with the kickoff of VF's Digital transformation program (OneCommerce), creating the global digital transformation blueprint. I played a significant role in architecting the Consumer Life cycle Program (CLM) to derive Consumer behavior and insights to the Vans/North face brands. I also came up with several roadmaps during this time for Consumer 360, Data/Analytics Platform, Cloud migration strategy are some of the important ones.
