I transitioned from the business world to the social sector in 2023, driven by a desire to use the leadership skills and values I have cultivated over 32 years for a meaningful purpose. I currently work as an advisor to NGOs and am a member of Social Venture Partners.While I would like my endeavours to contribute to any and all of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), I am most passionate about gender equality. I hope to bring to the development sector my passion for human values, driving change, and focus on outcomes; and my experience in building teams and organisations at scale with a shared purpose, bold vision, and excellence in execution. For my beautiful life so far I want to thank the countless people who have touched me and cared for me in multitude of ways. I won't be able to name all of you but you know who you are! There are so many of you at Genpact, GE, all my clients, Officespider, Cadbury Schweppes, DHL, Godrej, IIM Lucknow, MSU, Vidyakunj, Basil school, and in all the cities or towns that Neepa & I called home.
