Current- Developing, designing, planning, and implementing talent acquisition strategies for multiple business units and working on understanding business priorities and developing holistic solutions.- Managing 10 Business Units and around 200 active open positions at a time along with a team of 12 members.- Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.- Strategic moves towards long/short term directions with the Leadership team by forecasting the future manpower requirements for laterals and designing plans for hiring resources with requisite skills and competencies.- Working as a business partner and the organizational representative for all the contractual consultants - Managing the candidate assessment framework and identifying and adopting best practices that ensure high-quality hires.- Leading the sourcing and Recruitment Marketing initiatives and social media presence.- Maintaining key hiring metrics for measuring the efficiency of hiring at regular time intervals. - Established the company’s brand as a preferred employer in Central India.- Analyse historical trends and MIS data to identify the talent acquisitions trends and gaps involving Talent Pool availability. - To identify potential candidates through various channels to increase the Talent pool. - Identifying & removing the Bottlenecks to streamline the “Recruitment to the Onboarding process”. - Design and deliver the content strategy to build our employment brand across talent segments and channels (both online and offline).- Building cost-effective plans and implementing strategies to reduce cost per hire.
