Key Responsibilities: To build Supply Chain solutions through Business Process Reengineering for many Intel global facilities such as Wafer Manufacturing, Assembly & Test, and Warehouses. To lead & manage Global enterprise projects such as SAP, Enterprise data warehousing & Reporting Platform, and Big Data platforms & solutions. Major accomplishments : • As a Technical Project Manager & Scrum Master, led & managed a global team of System/Business Analysts, Data engineers, Third-party vendors, and OEM/ODMs teams to deploy key supply chain capabilities for Intel. One of the programs had a team size of ~ 100 people. Efforts resulted in building core supply chain & Enterprise data platform capabilities for Intel to shorten the overall lead time for Customers & reduce the inventory levels by 20%, directly impacting the bottom line. • As a Supply Chain Product Manager, I worked with the Malaysian & Vietnam governments to deploy a solution to automate the export and import transactions. The solution helped Intel reduce the shipping time by more than 25%. This association increased the confidence and trust in Intel by governments and some key Intel vendors. • As an Individual Contributor (Programmer, System/Business/Data Analyst, Data Engineer & Data Scientist), I designed& developed many solutions in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Manufacturing, Logistics business processes, large-scale enterprise data migration, and prototyping analytical solutions such as Factory machine breakdown prediction, Network outage Analysis, Inventory optimization, Predicting Shipment Delay, etc.• As a Technical Trainer at Intel Academy, I taught several in-person technical courses in many countries. Efforts helped grow the technical talent & cost savings. Major Impact : As assessed by Gartner, Intel became one of the Top 10 Supply Chain companies.
