Deepak Panchal is the Registered Migration Agent and Director at Visafast Migration Consultancy and SparkCloud . He is also a member of Migration Institute of Australia and Migration Alliance.Deepak Strated his carreer as Electronics Engineering in 1994. He then started his own IT Company mainly dealing with Computer Education, Networking Installation and Troubleshooting. He slowly started taking small IT Projects in 1996. He developed application which helped creating Hindu temple construction in U.K. Deepak Panchal moved to Australia in March 2000. Deepak started his career in the migration portfolio in 2004 working under various agents. He started his own IT Company in Australia. He developed few web application for migration agents. In 2006, He also completed post graduate migration law course and he became registered migration agent in 2007.Deepak is highly experienced in migration cases reviews. For instance, he successfully challenged visa cancellation decision made department of Immigration and won the case. Deepak also has a proven track record in merits review. He has successfully convinced the Tribunal in a case where the employer denied for the work verification - employer informed to immigration that applicant never worked at our organisation. He also challenged PIC 4020 where the Immigration department stated that the documents were fraud. Deepak solid experience and knowledge in immigration laws, policies, processes and procedures are indispensable assets in providing strategic and practical solutions.
