Principal Roles & responsibilities as Production Operator are Ensure compliance with HSSEQ policies, MAPP Policy, procedures and guidelines during activities.  Comply with Process Safety Management System.  Operate process unit/equipment local control panel on the field to monitor and optimize physical and chemical process parameters as per operating guidelines.  Control process start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting; Monitor outside process equipment.  Make necessary adjustments on process parameters for safe operations as advised by the CCR / Production Supervisor or his designate.  Coordinate daily maintenance and repair work, CFTs, shutdowns, isolations and planned maintenance.  Ensure PTW and associated certificates for a specific job are acknowledged, signed before being issued and closed out.  Participate in safety audits and programs; an active member of the Emergency Response Team. Monitor and maintain chemical injection equipment and monitor dosage rates of process fluids/gas efficiently. Report variances in the chemical usage and inventory into related logbooks.  Record and maintain comprehensive field log sheets, highlight any anomalies to Production Supervisor and suggest improvements  Assist Production Supervisor in checking and maintaining registers, Field Log sheets, Chemical inventory, Daily activity reports, CHS/MSDS, and checking of Material received on board as per quality and raise non-conformance if required Perform oil & produced water quality testing when required. Monitor pipework and equipment conditions via visual inspection and report abnormalities. Perform and maintain good housekeeping at all topside areas. Charging of chemicals and lube oils into the system as required. Carry out routine checks of process parameters and Equipment, highlight to CCR any anomalies. Perform isolation of equipment as per PTW & Isolation guidelines for safe handover for maintenance.

Principal Roles & responsibilities as Assistant Operations Engineer are Providing support to technical manager by referring documents such as PFD, P&ID, Isometrics and Construction Drawing. Discussing the issues with vendors, as required Identifies operational issues by going through DPR and flagging critical activities to the technical manager Compare drawings and datasheets of various equipment such as pumps, compressor, motor, heat exchangers, strainers, lab equipment etc. and highlight the deviations to the vendor if any Tracking of Management of Change (MOC) documentation / records. Preparing Templates / Registers / Trackers for HSSEQ & Compliance, as required. To provide necessary technical input to procurement team in evaluating datasheet and drawings to support their day to day activities and ensure all equipment to be procured meeting specification requirement. liaise with vendors and suppliers by providing them clarity on basic technical information related to Purchase Requisition, if needed Review technical report and conduct data mining in providing established engineering standards (JIS / ASME / ANSI / ASTM, etc.), guidelines (DNV / ABS / ASTM, etc.) and recommended practices Performing the CMMS (BASSnet) & SAP Inventory audit and identify the duplicate Material IDs as per SOP. Assist in creation of Material IDs in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) BASSnet and uploading in SAP, ensuring uniqueness of Material IDs, as per BASSnet / SAP guidelines Create PRs in SAP by reviewing ROB, Min & Max, as per end user requirement. Assist team members for any errors / issues while creating SAP PRs, RFQs / POs Prepare TBE for Valve/ piping, interacting with vendors and ensuring they meet as per API/JIS/ASME/ANSI Standard, if required Prepare CBE for Procurement Team, as required.SOFTWARE USED:  BASSnet (Computerized Maintenance Management System)  SAP MM Module  MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
