Manage 210 bedded hospital. Responsible for the entire operational P & L.

To Manage the Marketing activity of two Hospitals. KMC Hospital, Ambedkar Circle ; 275 bedded tertiary care hospital & KMC Hospital, Attavar; 610 bedded Medical college hospital (teaching hospital) with turnover of 107 crores• Develop annual S&M plan and revenue budget for the Hospital in conjunction with management team of the unit.• Develop a business plan & sales strategy for preventive health check ups.• Develop Marketing expense budget in line with revenue budget and ensure spends commensurate with the revenue.• Ensure strong working network with corporates, Insurance, govt. agencies and International patients team to ensure these business segments get desired attention in line with Hospital.• Strong working relations with internal consultant team to address their marketing need. Ensure close working relations to develop appropriate marketing and business development program for each of the key speciality and key consultant.• Responsible for sales volume, revenues, profits of super speciality depts.• Evaluate communication processes, ROI and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing campaigns. • Achieving of MCI numbers.• Leading team of 8 - Executives and Asst. Managers.

• Leading the sales team for selling Manipal Arogya Card – a social initiative of Manipal University.• Work in conjunction with referral sales team to ensure referral program for the Hospital is active, establish personal contacts with Referral fraternity wherever required.• Pricing and competition information. Work closely with Finance team to ensure vital information being tracked at a desired frequency, ensure the information getting escalated for a desired action.• Managing a team of 4 Marketing Executives & 10 support staff. • Pre launch market mapping for new facilities - pricing & competition mapping. • Recoveries management.

• Increasing the occupancy of the hospital through effective Sales & Marketing, which transforms into business revenue.• Liaison with Print & Electronic Media to ensure coverage.• Event management – Organizing events at malls, colleges, residential areas, clubs/public forums / exhibitions / health camps / health talks / stress management sessions / doctor meetings / conferences / public awareness campaigns as a part of promotional programs.• Promotional offers/campaigns – Planning annual marketing campaign calendar - conceptualize and roll out offers/campaign in coordination with operations.• Developing direct mail campaigns regarding the Preventive health check ups.• Certified International Standard Organization (ISO) auditor from TUV-Rheinland.

Meeting/Building relationship with doctors and in promoting hospital facilities.Organizing Camps, CMEs to generate patient traffic & revenue to the hospital.Establishing patient response & feedback systems at the hospitals.Creating awareness about the hospital facilities in the market.
