I analyse organisations and their products, visualising the operating model as collection of inter-operating capabilities, to establish roadmaps for cost-effective capability baselines that follow the organisation's vision. I am inspired by the view that each organisation is a product with their capabilities, as features, collectively delivering continuous and incremental value to their customers and the organisation's internal and external stakeholders.With products, the foundational vision and positioning evaluated, I focus on establishing a roadmap and functional feature designs aligned to the roadmap, API-first product development frameworks and standards, cost-effective serverless technology foundations including well-architected enterprise landing zones on AWS with infrastructure-as-code. With organisations, I work to establish product management and Dev(Sec)Ops capabilities with skilled ownership and vision, best-practise shared tooling with optimal operating costs. I evaluate commercial tools and automations that are the best fit for each capability in an organisation, and strongly believe in each organisation focussing investments and energy on delivering value to customers and stakeholders. I draw on my past experience as a business process consultant, enterprise architect, CRM/ERP/eCommerce solution architect and product developer with global enterprises like Keyloop, CxLoyalty, IBM and Oracle to deliver product features and organisational capabilities, right from conceptual discussions with management stakeholders to managing delivery of these features and capabilities with observable metrics. I strive to establish frameworks for efficiency, be it the 360-degree assessment of product portfolios or organisational capability mapping in under a month or delivering a SaaS NDC Travel platform like NuFlights.com from concept to launch in a little over a quarter.In everything I do, I put the team first.
