CurrentGreen Field Project – Machine Shop-COE (CPSIPL)● Machining line -Cylinder Head & Cylinder Block-Phase I- 60K Capacity & Phase II – 120K Capacity & Cam Shaft- 46K capacity.● Develop & Design ME process – Prepared and Update manufacturing Layout and process documents.● Develop & Design Manufacturing Process Quality Plan-Quality characteristics and compatibility matrix developed based on component manufacturing, operation specifications, drawing studies, global team inputs, and existing processes followed. Prepared Data Collection Plan, Manufacturing Traceability & Prototype Build and Runoff Planning● Develop & Design Equipment Readiness Plan-Equipment procurement considering functional specifications, utility requirements, IT requirements, acceptance criteria, runoff plan, and adherence to Cummins standards (covering HSE, quality, Industry 4.0, data/process specifications, and ISO standards and followed the procurement step as RFQ preparation, Techno-commercial, C&E matrixes & DAP.● Industry 4.0 -Prepared End to end part traceability plan, CMES gap analysis to finalize the CMES version, Digital manufacturing 3DX implementation.● Commercial Activity - Cash flow Management, Supplier payments, Release purchase order, GRN, Provision entry Brown field Project – Phaltan Engine Plant ● New line set up for Engine Assembly line-30k Capacity.● Layout, Capacity Planning and selection of Machines, comparison of equipment, pilot production.● Project plans, co-ordination, communication● Supplier selection, assessment, finalization, development ● Drawings, BOM, resources required (m/c, Tool/fixture/Work/ Skill), layout, process.● Equipment, requirements, capacity & Capex planning, specification, inquiry sheet, comparison, techno-commercial negotiation, and PO ● Machine intermediate check, Machine layout, Machine proves out & hand over to production.● Installation & Commissioning of machines
