I’m a healthcare industry executive with over two decades of experience shaping the strategic directions of diverse companies. I've had the privilege of leading transformative change in both large enterprises and startups, covering a range of companies from health tech to health services across payers, providers and diagnostics. This breath of experience has given me a unique blend of leadership skills covering P&L and General Management, market and business development, health economics and managed care, and data science and AI. I'm known for my ability to analyze competitive landscapes, drive large-scale growth initiatives, and advocate for business interests effectively. I've always focused on purpose-driven organizations, where I believe meaningful impact can be made to communities that seek affordable, high-quality healthcare.Over the past eight years, I've been heavily involved in the technology-driven shift from volume to value-based delivery models, working closely with payers and providers. In my dual role as COO of Population Health for Providence, and as CEO and Board Chair of Health Connect Partners, I've led a remarkable technology enabled managed care transformation, evolving payer relationships from buyer-seller to operational partnerships, and elevating Providence’s value-based care program from underperformance to the top program in the country in just five years. Additionally, I serve as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Washington School of Public Health, a role that creates the space for me to prepare the next generation of leaders to serve healthcare in a complex environment where value-economics and fee-for-service co-exist. Above all, this role satiates my hunger for continuous learning, as I believe learning and managing change both at a personal and organizational level is the only constant in a rapidly changing business environment.In addition to my professional work, I am a board member for Spectra AI and Ayin Health Solutions. I'm often asked to contribute as a thought leader, sharing insights through articles, interviews with business media, and speaking engagements at healthcare and technology forums.I hold a MS degree in Healthcare Delivery and Economics from Dartmouth College, a MS in Engineering and Data Science from the University of Connecticut, and have completed an executive management program through the MIT Sloan School of Management.
