Worked as a Technical manager in the Hydroponic Unit of Soul Sauk farms,. The farm is located near to NIT Bhubaneswar, 15kms away from the city centre. The company is spread in more than 40acres land inside the firm it has got several units including the Hydroponic projects. After taking experiences in industry, research labs & medical health care; this is my first venture into agritech projects. The unit is well equipped with all sorts of automations & properly maintained. I was employed as Field Investigating Officer at NSSO, Bhubaneswar which comes under Ministry of statistics and Programme Implementation, Govt. of India. During that period i had fortunately worked under several schemes like SE, CPI, RPC etc. The whole project consists of arrangement of programmes, expenses & tour planning, Statistical field data collection followed by inspection of higher authority and finally submission of schedule to the Regional head with proper scrutiny. For me working under a central govt. project and handling sofesticated statistical data and software was a mindblowing and awesome experience.

The whole role and duties in short involved Collection of Raw Milk-Quality testings-Processing Milk and its other products- packaging-Deep Freeze storing-analysing & fulfiling market target -Despatching "THE TASTE OF ODISHA". It was a small company where i learn from the base and grabbed ground level knowledge., When work deals microbefree environment and whole temperature-sanitation maintaince at all points and channels from source to end makes job TOUGHER, where along with hardwork SMART work becomes essential cause handling a live organism that also for Human consumption accounts at the end. Im thankful to the whole team to providing me that oppurtunity & my colleague to improve my skill and caliber in my respective field.
