Talent Acquisition Specialist
CurrentResponsibilities:* Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, reference checks, negotiations, offers, onboarding, contracts, permanent agreements, extensions etc.* Specializing in recruiting for SAP and IT professionals as well as other ERP/CRM/BI/IT technologies for various professionals including BA's, Project Manager's, Developers, Testers, Change Managers, Functional and Technical Candidates and more.* Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through internal ATS (Bullhorn), job boards (Monster, , social media sites (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter), and referrals.* Conducting in-depth in-person, video and telephone interviews.* Presenting fully formatted and tailored technical CV's of suitable candidates to Account Managers, as well as directly to clients, complete with relevant and accurate custom submission/summary notes that are pertinent to the requirement.* Continuously building and maintaining candidate pipelines as well as a large network of candidates.* Utilizing and accurately maintaining multiple applications and ATS/applicant tracking systems/databases (Bullhorn, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Proprietary ATS' etc)* Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as changes to the ATS, internal processes such as recruiting methodology and more.* Organization, setup and management of the interview process (Full cycle)* Conduct and present thorough reference checks.* Negotiating rates and salaries to best suit the client and candidates needs in order to close business* 12-24 hour turnaround time on sourcing and submitting resources for most high priority requirements.* Networking with candidates through referrals and LinkedIn (25,000+ Connections)
