MITCON Solar Alliance Ltd. is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), jointly floated by MITCON Sun Power Ltd. & Pudumjee Paper Products Ltd. (PPPL). As a Director, was responsible for P&L and instrumental in conceiving stakeholders, promotion, development, funding, and implementation of 5.46 MWp solar power project for captive use by PPPL as per the Electricity Act. Project has been commissioned and generating as planned, resulting in benefits to the stakeholders. This was 1st of such (group captive) venture by MITCON & PPPL. Helped MITCON to establish sustained project pipeline.
