I’m a qualified ACCA with Post Graduate degree in M.Com and Bachelors degree in B.Com (Hons).In my current role, I am responsible for preparation and review of financial statements for audited and unaudited entities under Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS and UK GAAP. Along with that I am also involved in book keeping via Yardi software and other month end and year end activities.In my previous roles, I had the chance to work in customer dealing and loan funding and loan documents preparation as per TRID guidelines. Besides that I have also worked as external auditor for listed and unlisted clients, performing end to end procedures, documenting walkthroughs, performing TOCs, cash testing, Opex testing, FA testing, 10K -10Q tieouts, etc
