Responsibility: Handling end-to-end recruitment of requirements of the company  Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, co-ordinate technical interviews, negotiating & offers, closing of candidates & finally joining of candidates). Interacting with the various Client coordinators for better understanding of the requirements. Understanding the criticality of the requirement and source them in a timely fashion. Sourcing resumes from various mediums like Job portals, existing database, candidate references and employee referrals. Screening and short-listing the resumes according to the specific requirement Communicating with candidate at the entire stage pre-interview, post interview & post offer. Matching the profile of the candidates from the existing data bank & short listing them as per the Job requirement. Familiar with complete recruitment processes and having complete knowledge about handling all Monster, Naukri & Times Jobs portal for recruitment. Responsible for the Building up the internal Database. Experience in Senior Management hiring for the various clients. Preparation of Business reports relating to Interviews with number of Offer Made and Candidates Joined. Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports and submitting to the management.
