Handling Accounts Payables as well as Accounts Receivables.• Accounting of Taxes ; Sales Tax, Service Tax. Also looking after Provided Fund, Excise Duty, VAT.• Reconciliation of Receivables and Payables.• Maintaining Petty Cash Book.• Handling whole of Accounts up to Finalization.• Monitor daily collections• Review payment patterns of the customers & guide the team on possible defaulters.• Suggest processes that would enhance employee productivity & reduce outstanding.• Ensure that the process of sending reminders for customer’s outstanding is in place.• Monitor the credit verification process carefully & suggest any improvements if required in credit limits & credit period closely for all the customers.• Keep the team & other work groups informed of the same, coordinate in obtaining Credit approvals for new customers from the respective authorities required as per the Credit Policy.• Suggest Corporate on possible defaulter and initiate legal proceedings, ensure the adherence to the credit control policies.• Review credit ratings for customers on an annual basis.• Setting up credit ratings for new customers and assigning credit limits.• Liasioning with Marketing teams.• Management reporting including daily collection, daily sales and daily exchange rates.• Debtors ageing, Receivable analysis, setting credit limits to the customers.• Follow up with the direct customers for the payments and retaining the customers.• Debtor’s reconciliation• Booking Receipt Entries on Daily Basis into the ERP system
