> Providing technical assistance and support for queries and issues raised by the business and other IT functions related to RMS suite of solutions in production.> Leading in RCA sessions to ensure quick resolution of tickets or that tickets are routed to other supporting teams correctly.> Engaging and working closely with the stakeholders across business & IT, using personal experience & judgment to define tailored approaches to dealing with specific stakeholders, setting expectations and building trust and confidence.> Establishing and maintaining processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality. > Developing, implementing and tracking departmental procedures and quality standards to ensure highest level of performance and customer satisfaction. > Excellent experience of working on SQL and SSIS /Ticketing Tool(CMS/Freshdesk).
