I did my Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering, currently I'm looking for a job in Business Analyst profile. In Engenia Technologies, I work as an IT Business Analyst Intern, in this, I have to analyze project requirements & goals and create Use Cases, SOW documents. And I also communicate my insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. And I have to create Test Cases and do Manual Testing and assign tasks to other members through Jira. Before that, I worked as a Customer Success Associate at Codevidhya, in there, I have to coordinate and schedule sessions between trainers and clients and solve queries of international clients. Ensuring that timely feedback is taken & registered so that the relevant team can take action to upgrade the system. Before that, I worked as a Market Research Intern at Happimynd, in there, I have to reach out to the parents, schedule and conduct interviews, collect and record insights in detail via questioning, evaluating, and summarizing qualitative research, analyzing the insights achieved to formulate plans for product development. That experience coupled with my university CSE background, gives me a great understanding of the ins and outs of data, business practices, database management systems, new emerging technologies and business trends, which will allow me to contribute towards the success of your company.
