I worked as an operations intern where I handled a massive project designed for benefitting rural females of Maharashtra through free health teleconsulting. While working on this, I collaborated with different organizations like GIZ, MAVIM, and Bayer. As a result, I learned different aspects of project management.

Took up from working as Graduate Engineering Trainee then assistant manager to Deputy manager. While work has been rotated between Manufacturing System Engineering and Production Engineering departments. I was handling Himalayan Engine Assembly line for Installation & Commissioning of machines, Line Balancing for different Takt Time, Resource Optimization, Ergonomics Improvement, Quality Control of Processes, Machine Modifications as per Emission Norm up-gradation, Reduction in rejections.

I completed my internship in heavy engineering sector of Godrej & Boyce, where I was doing a project of process improvement for manufacturing of Tubesheet in Heat Exchanger
