It's wonderful to be an organisational behaviour professor and a corporate behavioural trainer. I believe my knowledge in these areas has a big impact on how businesses run and how employees within them interact and perform.As a professor of organisational behaviour, I engage my students in the fundamentals of organisational behaviour, including subjects like teamwork, leadership, motivation, and communication. Additionally, I carry out research in this area, advancing knowledge and best practices, with Transactional Analysis (TA) in the background. Working with organizations and their employees to enhance many facets of their performance and effectiveness is what a behavioural trainer for corporations does. In order to do this, I conceive, create and deliver training sessions on subjects including leadership development, conflict resolution management, team building, stress management, and other pertinent subjects.
