With 20+ years of experience in culture change, inclusive leadership, gender equity, and team-based coaching, Dr. Bagati has instituted sustainable organizational change solutions across a range of industries consumer goods, technology, professional and financial services, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas. Leveraging her extensive research, consulting, management, and coaching expertise, Deepali empowers CXOs, leaders, and talent professionals to create and sustain a culture of innovation and inclusion. Most recently, as a member of the executive team at The Medici Group, she ensured robust strategy and operations, talent development, and standardization of systems and processes to scale effectively. She led Client Success, managing a high performing team to deliver enterprise-wide solutions that create and sustain a culture of innovation and inclusion, and coaching teams and executives on Renaissance, Medici’s team-based coaching platform. She also developed an analytical framework and indicators to assess impact of Renaissance on team performance and culture. At Catalyst, she was a member of the executive team and led Catalyst’s largest market—USA and APAC—approximately $7m in revenue across 350+ supporter companies from S&P500 and F1000 companies. She led the global expansion of Catalyst into India and managed a CEO-level advisory board, and launched Catalyst’s Inclusive Leadership Initiative. She is a sought-after speaker and facilitator, nationally and globally, and has published research, courseware, and guides on inclusive leadership, gender/race/ethnicity, and global diversity and inclusion.
