Major US Airline Project, Houston, TXCreated a ASP.NET MVC application to allow Business Users to successfully cancel payment transactions processed through a thrid party, Alipay, payment service. Built unit tests around the functionality and did user acceptance testing, deployed it to the production environment and provided support post deployment. The technologies used, but not limited to, were ASP.NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript, WCF, IIS.Provide guidance to offshore resources on building, debugging and developing bug fixes and minor enhancements in the RSA encrypted Payment Solution that is used by the entire Airlines to broker payments coming in from all channel (Web, Airport Location, In Flight, etc) purchases.Worked on creating the architecture, building a prototype to test the connectivity and basic functionality provided in the API, providing an estimate for this brand new project of Planet Payment (Payment Processor) incorporation. This processor is going to be used to start accepting China Union Pay credit/debit cards as forms of payment. The technology used to build the prototype was C#.Updated the Form Of Payment Eligibility web service to include PayPal Credit as a form of payment offered to the customers on the payment channels within US. The technologies used, but not limited to, were C#, WCF, MSMQ, MSSQL.Completed the implementation of the payment processor for Planet Payment for China UnionPay form of payment and architecting a solution for implementing Apple Pay.Responsibilities:i. Manufacturing for Oil & Gas Client Project, Crosby, TX• Architected the application which is a work flow/ERP solution for the client, building out in SQL Server 2014, Entity Framework 6.0, C#, WebApi, ASP.NET, IIS, DevExtreme, Knockout, JavaScript.• Designed the physical and the logical data model to build the entire application on. Gave guidance to and collaborated with the Network Architect on the project regarding the hardware and software required to implement the solution for the application. • Built out the database in SQL Server 2014 for the entire application.• Built the data layer for the application using Entity Framework 6.0.• Worked with UI Architect in setting up the Adaptor model for the UI that communicates with the Data Layer.• Built the notification system for the application using C# & SQL. • Migrated data from Pervasive DB to SQL DB using SSIS in order to use 3rd party data in the application. • Created a Modelling project in TFS for the entire project and gave guidance to the entire team on the design and design patterns to be used to implement the application.• Worked with the management to purchase necessary tools’ licenses to implement the project.• Presented iteration end demo’s to the client from UAT environment. Manufacturing Company Client Project, Houston, TX• Created a machine dashboard using ASP.NET and C# which shows real time machine info; cycle count, machine up status, time & %, scrap count and more for each machine. It was built using ASP.NET & hosted on IIS Server. • Built services to collect and process all the real time machine data by running through the rule engine to produce the final display data for the dashboard. • Integrated with client’s WebService to get shift & machine data info that displays on the dashboard. Used C#, Entity framework, SQL, Json to implement. • Created machine set up & service status scripts that give a real time update of services health in SQL Server 2012. • Optimized performance of the services by optimizing indexes in SQL Server 2012.Responsibilities:i. The technologies used were, WPF, XAML, WCF, C#, Oracle, ASP.NET, Windows Services, Silverlight, JavaScript, XSL, CSS, HTML and services hosted on IIS Server. Responsibilities:i. Create robust documentation for the evaluated applications to be used by onboarding developers.ii. Review and improve the documentation and analysis provided by junior members on the team. iii. Train and mentor junior developers and interns on the team.

• SOA – Worked on implementing a service oriented architecture to provide a single point of delivery to all the client applications ranging from desktop, web to mobile, with the data that they require using the modular application development design pattern. Successfully identified and created few verticals out of some of the core functionalities, such as the Customer Account, Content, Address and Promotions. The technologies used were, Prism 5.0 for WPF, XAML, Windows Forms, WCF, C#, SQL, Unity, ASP.NET and these services were hosted by an IIS Server. • Mexico – Shipping. Implemented it including shipping invoice, manifest, label generation within the framework of an enterprise admin application. Gathered requirements from Business & the third party handling MX shipping; Estafeta. Label generation involved consuming a web service provided by Estafeta. It was implemented using C#, WCF, WPF, XAML, Windows Forms and SQL Server. • Taiwan – Sale of Business. Implemented brand new functionality within the enterprise admin application that allows a customer to sell their entire business organization to another customer along with all the benefits, discounts, points earned while the seller owned the business. Gathered requirements from Business & integrated it seamlessly while maintaining the OOP paradigm. It was created using WPF, XAML, WinForms, C#, WCF & SQL.Responsibilities:i. Design, analysis, development and debugging of applications in C# on Windows. ii. Created robust unit tests using MS Unit.iii. Ensure development life cycle is followed in TFS, Kanban and appropriate time is logged to tasks. iv. Develop OO code which follows the most suitable design pattern for the given scenario, adheres to coding standards and practices and is also high quality. v. Collaborate with team members for design & code reviews and peer testing. vi. Work with Business on tasks that need business acceptance. vii. Train and mentor junior developers and interns on the team.

• Worked on iPREO, application which integrated third party vendor site with the same name to the client. This application automated the availability of newly issued bonds using the third party vendor. It required the use of various technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, .NET 3.5, LINQ and various other technologies. The data at the client was stored in DB2 database and SQL Server databases.Responsibilities:i. Design, analysis, development and debugging of applications in C# on Microsoft Windows.

• Worked on a project to create a Load forecasting system in SQL Server 2008 which predicts the future energy consumption at the account level for every congestion zone in a given market. Worked on integrating the download and consumption of the weather data files into the Load forecasting system from Telvent. Populated the system using SSIS with usage data from various utilities; NISC, ISTA, SUEZ. Created an application in C# to boot-strap the auto-load of utility, store, meter, usage information from ISTA. Worked on generating end user reports that is used in ultimately deciding the amount energy to be bought or sold based on the load forecasting system. • Created a framework in C# to download invoices, settlement statements, day-ahead LMP, real-time LMP files via SFTP from ISO-NE. It also downloaded day-ahead market award price information via the eMarket data exchange Api of ISO-NE, which is based on OASIS standard. All these files are uploaded to a SQL Server database. Created customized views in SQL Server database for the end users to view this data in the desired format. • Created an application in C# to auto-upload DAM Energy trades into ERCOT Nodal Market systems using ERCOT Nodal web service, which is based on OASIS standard. This application allows the user to either set up a schedule to auto-upload the DAM Energy trades as specified in an Excel file or do an adhoc submission when the user desires. Responsibilities:i. Design, analysis, development and debugging of applications in C# on Microsoft Windows, scripts and SSIS packages, modifying procedures in SQL Server 2008 on Microsoft Windows. ii. Ensure effective logging and reporting to concerned authorities of failure within the system or due to external system failures. iii. Develop code that adheres to coding standards and practices.

• Designed & implemented a framework that fed valuations, margin and OTC data from various files FTP by custodian banks, prime brokers and swap counterparties into various systems like the Reconciliations system (OpenSTaARS), Liquidity Margin Portal (LaMP) and Margin Requirement report generation. It included two multi-threaded event-driven windows services created in C# and a number of applications which were delegated from within these services to handle parsing, decrypting etc., of data from files if required, including robust logging, providing status updates to File Tracking system, alerting the support personnel of errors in the system & monitoring of the services. • Designed and implemented an Event Sink, COM component, in C# for the Microsoft Exchange Server.• Designed and implemented a File Tracking system, a GUI developed using DevExpress in C#.• Redesigned and successfully deployed the factor posting application, created in C#, which saves factor events in the general ledger system, VPM. • Created the trade export to BONY which required the export file to be formatted in SWIFT. This was created as part of a C# application and a XSL library was incorporated into the application that created the SWIFT formatted trade file. • Design, develop, test and implement newer functionalities in the Session Pricing Tool. This tool is used by the Middle Office and Fund Control to arbitrate pricing on every instrument traded at month end by comparing prices obtained from price sources like Qai, BQuotes, Bloomberg, MarkIT, etc. The technologies used were but not limited to C#, WPF, XAML, DevExpress, Windows Forms.Responsibilities:i. Design, analysis, development and debugging of multi-threaded services, applications in C# on Microsoft Windows. ii. Analyze and fix bugs upon user acceptance testing for in house applications. iii. Support and maintain third party software for the reconciliation system and cash management and electronic fund transfer system.

• Designed and implemented a reusable object-oriented Configuration Manager component for the Osaka Securities Exchange (OSE) Gateway, in C++. Responsibilities included integrating the Configuration Manager with the existing State based OSE Gateway code and debugging issues within the OSE gateway. Responsibilities also included adding functionality as was required during the process of development.• Designed and created an exchange simulator that accepted multiple connections from the OSE Gateway in order to bootstrap the gateway development, in C++. Responsible for adding functionality, testing, and debugging the simulator. • Created a tool in C++ to test network layer and application layer connectivity between the OSE Exchange and the OSE Gateway for multiple order sessions. • Implemented support of Market-to-Limit Order functionality into the Sydney Futures Exchange (SFE) Gateway. Analyzed and fixed bugs reported in testing and client side issues. The SFE gateway is a multi-threaded, high performance server application built in C++. • Worked on creating an automated testing environment for all gateways using Python to aid performance testing which also involved wrapping Core classes using Boost::Python. Responsibilities:i. Design, analysis, development and debugging of multi-threaded, high performance server applications in C++ on Microsoft Windows. ii. Ensure effective memory and thread management while developing in C++. iii. Analyze and fix bugs reported while testing and by clients. iv. Develop code that adheres to coding standards and practices.

• Designed and created a Python framework to create and manage a database of all error, warning and info messages in the entire Core code base. This script was run in every official build of Core source, and the database is maintained in a central repository. • Fixed minor bugs to avoid stack and heap corruption uncovered by Coverity in the Core source code.
