CurrentWorking as a freelance consultant in the HR/IT Services/HealthCare domain supporting clients with their HR related needs. - Help develop new recruitment process with focus on competency based hiring. - Develop Hiring plan for Technical and Non Technical roles to increase the team size from 3 to 20. - Develop full circuit new hire onboarding/orientation modules for new account managers based on inputs from client services, and account management team.- Ensure thorough candidate screening, bring talent that is a technical and cultural fit. - Review job description and provide recommendations to recruitment staff based on company policies - Negotiate complex offer letters and annual remuneration with ESOP options, bringing an entrepreneurial approach to hiring. - Help Improve the candidate experience by implementing (2 and 5 Promise) Amazon based hiring SLAs.
