Primary Responsibilities were to deliver results within the parameters of our SLA. This required comprehensive knowledge of each client’s SLA intricacies, as well as managing a team through tracking of statistical analysis, continuous coaching, training and promoting culture.

Casework/ skiptracing position. I have handled anywhere from 200-450 case assignments at one time for the premiere client for Cars Recovery Inc. Responsibilities include: Updating client on reports received from field agents, time management, skiptracing/research/investigation on debtors that are hiding collateral, assisting other team members when they need help/ training on any task, monitoring recovery percentages, stategizing for improving results and performance, keeping the team engaged and promoting our culture, partial training of new hires, respectful/ timely communicatingwith clients and their debtors as well as our inter office staff in 6 locations, contributing to the financial success of our clients by recovering collateral. Skills: Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the California Business and Professions Code & the Finance Industry. Familiarity with RDN, IRB, Lexus Nexus, TLO, Microsoft Office Suite, social media sites, and Clearplan. Attention to detail, writing/editing, managing a team, phone/email communication, good judgement, respect & performance. Multitasking/ prioritizing time sensitive tasks. Organization. Analyzing information on accounts as well as numbers to track our progress/results. Reliable, trustworthy and a high level of Integrity. Skilled in handling confidential & non-public information.
